Q: What equipment do I need for virtual or in-home training?
For virtual sessions, a mat, a few resistance bands, or light dumbbells are great to start, if you have no equipment no problem calisthenics are a great form of exercise. For in-home training, I’ll assess what you have and adjust the program to maximize results with minimal equipment.

I track your progress with personalized assessments, regular check-ins, and adjustments to your program to ensure you’re always moving forward.

I have to let you know my experience training under you Firstly, I have found you to be a great human being, a very positive person. Each time I meet you, I start getting positive vibes. The training that you impart is so so good and as per the level and limitations of the trainee.
