Blessings! I'm Akwasi Alcee, your new personal trainer and the author of the new holistic health and fitness book, "Daily Exercises of The Mind & Body." With 15 years of experience helping people achieve their goals, I teach and inspire my clients to look within and discover who they truly are. The ultimate goal of health is to find your inner treasure, unlocked by the master key of your heart-mind's intention, essence, and purpose. Just as the health of a tree is determined by the quality of its fruit, I believe one's health should be measured by the gifts they bestow upon humanity and the Earth, aiding in the upliftment of all living beings. When one is unhealthy, in a state of chronic discomfort and dis-ease, it prevents them from sharing their true gifts and living their best life with a sense of purpose and serendipity. My mission is to co-create a world of beauty, higher positive vibrations, and peace - the natural state in which humanity is meant to thrive. I believe it's possible for everyone to have access to proper education, health, and the disciplines they desire to blossom as their authentic selves.
